Our Story

Celebrating 25 years as a family-owned business, our mission is to source and deliver the highest-quality fish products to our US and global customers.

Western United Fish Company was started in Seattle, Washington, in 2000 and has evolved into six business operations worldwide under the Annasea Foods Group.

Our objective is to produce high-quality products and deliver outstanding customer service.

Consumer Advisory: Consuming raw or undercooked meat, poultry, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illnesses, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

Sustainability and Traceability

To uphold our company values of Sustainability and Traceability, we engage in Fishery Improvement Projects (FIP) working toward Marine Steward Council (MSC) standards.

It is our responsibility to conserve natural resources in our oceans. We work jointly with fishing communities, local governments, and non-government organizations (NGO) to implement industry best practices in supply chain improvement systems.

Prioritizing sustainability in our business operations is part of our values. We believe environmental stewardship ensures the quality of our fish products.
